In-Home Lactation Consultations
All lactation consultations and private prenatal breastfeeding classes take place in the comfort of your own home. There is no additional travel fee; however, my travel radius is within 30 minutes of my home office located in zip code 80911.
Your breastfeeding counseling appointments may be covered by your insurance! Check the Insurances section to see if I am currently in-network with your insurance provider. If I am not in-network with your insurance provider, you can also be seen on a self-pay basis. I am happy to provide a "Superbill" to you, which you may submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
If you are worried about the financial burden of breastfeeding support, I do see a limited number of clients each month on a sliding-scale or scholarship basis. Please reach out to me prior to booking if you would like to inquire about these options.

Initial Lactation Appointment
An initial breastfeeding appointment lasts about 1.5 hours and includes a comprehensive assessment and feeding evaluation (breast/chest or bottle). We will develop a care plan that fits your family's needs and works towards your breastfeeding goals. If this is your first appointment with me, the "Initial Appointment" is the booking option you should select.
Initial Appointments are $100 for self-pay clients. If I am in-network with your insurance company, your Initial Appointment will likely have no out-of-pocket cost!
Follow-Up Lactation Appointments
Follow-up appointments typically last about 1 hour and include a progress evaluation from previous visits, evaluation of any new concerns, and revision of care plan if necessary. If we have had previous visits and you have a care plan in place, "Follow-up Appointment" is the booking option you should select.
Follow-up appointments are $75 for self-pay clients. If I am in-network with your insurance company, you will likely be able to have several follow-up appointments with me at no out-of-pocket cost!
Prenatal Education Appointments
Prenatal education appointments can be very personalized and flexible, building on a client's own breastfeeding knowledge, dispelling any myths, and coming up with a care plan that will help get you and baby off to the best start possible. Prenatal appointments can last anywhere from 1 to 3 hours, or be split into multiple sessions if desired.
Prenatal appointments are $75 for the first hour and $50 for each additional hour (self-pay clients). To schedule a prenatal education appointment, choose a Prenatal Education option when booking.
Your prenatal breastfeeding education appointment may be fully covered by insurance if I am an in-network provider!
Packages
I offer several pre-paid packages at a discount for self-pay clients. Mention if you would like to purchase a pre-paid package when scheduling your first appointment with me. Packages also make an excellent gift!
Package 1, $150: 1 hour of prenatal education + Initial Appointment after baby's birth
Package 2, $225: 1.5 hours of prenatal education + Initial Appointment + 1 Follow-Up Appointment
Package 3, $150: Initial Appointment + 1 Follow-Up Appointment

Your prenatal breastfeeding education and postpartum lactation consultations may be fully covered by your insurance!
If you would like to use your insurance benefits for your appointment, you can still book utilizing the Online Appointment Calendar. When I confirm your appointment, I will reach out to you in order to check insurance eligibility.

Breastpump Rental
Multi-user, hospital grade double electric breastpumps are available for rent. Rental prices start at $35 per week. A compatible pump kit is required and may be purchased for $50. Please Contact Me if you would like to rent a breastpump.
